I think this is a great idea! Get a consultation before you get the haircut. I have schizo hair…straight in the winter and curly in the summer which has led  to many a bad haircut. When I go to a stylist for the first time, I’m too embarrassed to say “hold everything” when I fear the cut is going wrong.
