For the last couple years I've been having the same sorts of thoughts you mentioned in the other entry. I so rarely see things I really *love*, and when I do they're horribly overpriced. Most of the time I'll end a shopping excursion with a really specific idea in my head of a garment I want and will probably never find. The problem is... I've never sewn before :) I keep putting off the idea until "after this purchase". What I'm really craving right now are super tailored jackets in fleece (the kind Mike & Chris sell for $300) and boatneck semi-dolman short sleeve silk tees in gorgeous colors. The great thing about Fishman's is that they stock tons of high quality, basic fabrics in lots of colors, it's my go to place for fine cottons, wools and silks in solid colors.
